Blade Guide Blocks
Blade Guide Blocks
This replacement set includes four hardened steel blade guide blocks, two per blade guide assembly, with one positioned above the blade and one below. Set at a precise, controlled clearance, the blocks help limit vertical blade movement during the cut, keeping the blade properly supported for accurate, consistent boards.
As the blade moves through the log, the guide blocks periodically engage to stabilize the blade path, which is especially helpful when milling wider logs or working on projects where straight, uniform lumber matters. Keeping the blade well supported through the cut helps maintain smooth operation and dependable cut quality.
The blocks are installed in machined aluminum guide holders and secured with stainless steel set screws, allowing them to be adjusted up or down to maintain proper spacing as they wear. Their overall height provides a long adjustment range, and the symmetrical design allows each block to be flipped over for a fresh wear surface, extending service life and making routine replacement straightforward for this normal wear component.
