At Woodland Mills, we stand behind the quality of our products and the experience we deliver. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Eligible items may be returned in their original packaging for a refund when the return is initiated within 30 days of the ship date. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund once the item has been received and processed. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. 

To maintain the highest standards of quality for all customers, used accessories are not eligible for return or refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY 

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps at the time of delivery: 

  • Step 1: Inspect the shipment. 

Carefully inspect the product and packaging for any visible damage before signing for delivery. 

  • Step 2: Choose how to proceed.  
  • Accept the delivery: If you accept the shipment, clearly note all visible damage on the delivery paperwork. We will then work with you to ensure the unit is brought to proper working condition. 
  • Refuse the delivery: If you prefer, you may refuse a curbside shipment due to damage. The damage must be clearly noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of refusal. 

For courier‑delivered packages, inspect the shipment upon arrival and contact us promptly if damage is discovered.
