Blade Sharpener Grinding Disc

This replacement grinding disc is designed for use with Woodland Mills blade sharpeners to restore the cutting edge of your portable sawmill blades. With a 6" diameter, 1/4" thickness, and a 5/8" arbor hole (150 mm × 6 mm × 16 mm), it fits directly on the sharpener for consistent sharpening results.

Before use, the disc is dressed with a grinding stone to match the gullet profile of your specific blades. This allows you to tailor the grinding surface to the exact blade geometry you’re running, helping maintain proper tooth shape and consistent cutting performance across different blade styles.
