Woodland Mills magnetic log scales are designed to attach securely to your portable sawmill log scale bracket, making it easy to consistently cut boards with thicknesses ranging from 3/4" - 4". Each kit contains two magnetic scales with multiple measurement options with pre-calibrated kerf allowances for precise cuts. The scale also features a standard imperial scale that allows the operator to keep track of how far off the log deck the blades is. This makes it easy to mill a log down to a desired cant size.
Constructed from durable, UV-protected and weather-resistant vinyl with a strong magnetic backing, these log scales stay firmly in place while you’re milling. The clear markings ensure accurate readings at a glance, saving time and reducing guesswork.
Note: These scales are included with the purchase of 2024 and newer HM122, HM126, and HM130MAX sawmills. They replace the previous Woodland Mills yellow and white log scales.
