Power Head 80

The Woodland Mills Power Head 80 lets you raise and lower your sawmill head with the push of a button, replacing the manual crank with smooth, powered control. Designed as a more compact alternative to the Power Head 110, it’s well suited for mills where space and power needs are more modest, while still delivering precise height adjustments between cuts.

By automating sawhead movement, the Power Head 80 makes it quicker and easier to set board thickness consistently, especially when working through multiple cuts on the same log. This helps keep your milling workflow moving and reduces the physical effort required during longer milling sessions.

This assembly installs in place of the manual crank handle and integrates directly with the existing lift mechanism for a clean, factory-style upgrade. For HM126 setups, a battery mount bracket kit is included, making installation straightforward even on mills that were not originally equipped with onboard power.
