PRO CBN Grinding Disc

The Woodland Mills PRO CBN Grinding Disc is designed for use with Woodland Mills bandsaw blade sharpeners, giving sawyers a reliable way to sharpen sawmill bandsaw blades with consistent, repeatable results. Made from CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride), the disc offers significantly higher hardness and abrasion resistance than standard grinding wheels, allowing it to maintain its shape while sharpening multiple blades.

Because the grinding surface resists wear, the disc delivers consistent tooth profiles from blade to blade, helping maintain proper cutting geometry without frequent dressing. This makes it well suited for higher sharpening volumes or for sawyers who want predictable sharpening results across long milling sessions.

The disc measures 5-3/4" diameter × 1/4" thick × 5/8" arbor hole (150 mm × 6 mm × 16 mm) and installs directly on compatible Woodland Mills bandsaw blade sharpeners as a drop-in upgrade from standard grinding discs.
