The Woodland Mills PRO Log Bunks are designed to help sawyers with turning, positioning, and securing logs and cants on your sawmill bed without the expense of hydraulic upgrades.

The heavy-duty assembly is equipped with two adjustable sets of high-density nylon rollers that are secured between laser-cut laminated plates. Both sets of rollers feature a galvanized index plate that swings into locking position as you raise and lower the rollers using the included lever.

Lower Effort Log Positioning The log positioning rollers reduce the effort when positioning logs and cants forward and backward on your sawmill bed. They also give you the ability to easily slide large cants off the end of the mill.

Reduced Effort Log Turning The log turning rollers can be engaged to help roll larger logs and cants. When in the raised position, the roller assembly locks at an angled position for added safety when turning logs and cants.

Toe Board Function Both sets of rollers can be adjusted up and down using the included lever to provide toe-board functionality. With two PRO Log Bunks installed, you can level tapered logs from either end with ease.

Single-Handed Log Support Adjustment The PRO Log Bunk also features our patented log support that eases height adjustment by enabling a convenient single-handed operation. The log support tube has precise indexing holes which provide a visual height reference as well as a secure fit on an angled locking pin, allowing you to easily adjust the height by angling the log support to move freely up and down. The log support also features a top-mounted roller, which assists with log turning.

Compatibility This PRO Log Bunk is designed to replace an existing bunk and be attached to the existing bed rails of your Woodland Mills HM130MAX® sawmill.

Recommendation For optimal performance, we recommend using a minimum of two Pro Bunks in tandem.
