Product Features
Automated Sawhead Positioning
Simply enter your desired board thickness and the Setworks automatically positions the sawhead to the correct cutting height for the next cut, reducing manual adjustments and saving time.
Automatic Kerf Compensation
Every cut automatically accounts for blade kerf, eliminating manual calculations and helping produce consistent board thickness throughout the milling process.
TOP-DOWN & BOTTOM-UP CUTTING MODES
Use Top-Down mode to enter board thicknesses as you work through the log, or Bottom-Up mode to create a complete cut list and have Setworks guide the sawhead through the planned cutting sequence.
SAVED BOARD THICKNESSES & CUSTOM PRESETS
Save frequently used cutting heights for quick access, making repetitive jobs and common board sizes even faster to produce.
Programmable Bump-Up Function
Raises the sawhead slightly after each cut for return travel, then returns to the next cutting position, helping speed up repetitive milling.
One-Time Calibration
A simple initial calibration teaches the system your sawmill's travel range. Once complete, the calibration is stored so you're ready to mill every time you power up.
PURPOSE-BUILT SAWMILL INTEGRATION
Designed specifically around Woodland Mills sawmills, the Setworks 110 integrates the controls, electronics, and powered sawhead adjustment into a clean, purpose-built system.
CNC-FORMED STEEL HOUSING & PROTECTIVE COVER
The controls and electronics are integrated into a CNC-formed, powder-coated steel housing designed to match the construction and finish of your Woodland Mills sawmill. A heavy-gauge steel cover helps protect the system from the elements and demanding outdoor milling conditions.
UPGRADE YOUR EXISTING POWER HEAD 110
The Power Head 110 Conversion Kit allows existing Power Head 110 owners to upgrade their system to Setworks. The kit includes everything from the Setworks 110 package except the motor, allowing you to remove the motor from your existing Power Head 110 and reinstall it onto the Setworks 110. The conversion takes approximately a couple of hours to complete.
