Series 4 PTO Shaft with Shear Pin (Trimmable)

The Woodland Mills Series 4 PTO Shaft is designed for use with gearboxes featuring a 1-3/8" Z6 input shaft and is a direct replacement for the original PTO supplied with compatible Woodland Mills equipment. It connects to your tractor with a quick-release splined yoke and is built to fit and operate the same way as the factory-installed shaft.

A shear pin in the cast iron yoke protects the drivetrain by releasing under excessive load, helping prevent damage to the gearbox and driveline components. This safety feature allows the PTO shaft to absorb shock from sudden load changes while maintaining consistent power delivery during normal operation.

The shaft measures 31" (790 mm) when compressed and extends to 38" (973 mm), and like most PTO shafts, it can be trimmed to length during installation to match your tractor setup. The shaft includes safety shields and retaining chains and is compatible with all Woodland Mills PTO wood chippers listed below.
